We are looking for a Calf Rearer to be part of fast paced and newly developed rearing unit.
Based at Long Lane Development Farm, near Frome, Somerset. We are looking for someone detail orientated and with a knowledge of the agricultural industry to work as part of a wider team. The successful candidate will be a quick learner, self-motivated with a dedication to best practice.
Responsibilities include:
- Feeding
- Vaccinating, dehorning, weighing
- Record keeping
- Routine livestock management
Experience preferable, full training provided.
Attention to detail essential. Full driving license required.
