Purpose:

Buitelaar Group has fostered an inclusive and equitable workplace culture where diversity is celebrated and all employees feel valued, respected, and supported. This Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) Policy outlines our commitment to promoting diversity across all aspects of our business and demonstrates how we embed it as a core value within our culture.

All employees are required to take personal and individual responsibility to comply with principles of this DE&I Policy. All managers and leaders play a crucial role in promoting our inclusive culture and addressing any concerns related to DE&I.

Review and Update:

This DE&I Policy will be routinely reviewed and updated to continue the policies relevance, prevalence, and effectiveness within our company culture.
