As an Operations Manager you will play a key role in the operational support systems at the Dutch office in Bleiswijk. You will be responsible for managing the operations team and supporting them with processes that keep the business flexible, efficient and cost-effective. This role is mostly office based, but you may sometimes visit one of the processing locations. Confident speaking English is important for this role, when visiting processing locations and interacting with the wider Buitelaar Group offices in England & Ireland.
Tasks and responsibilities:
-You will ensure that processing standards are maintained and continuously assessed for improvement in quality and efficiency.
-You will work closely with supply partners to maintain inventory management, planning, production processes and shipment control.
-You will lead a team of 3 professionals.
-Managing production costs, KPIs and reports.

Job requirements:
-Affinity and/or background in the food/agri sector
-Experience with (food) production, transport and warehouse management
-At least 3 to 5 years of work experience in a management position
-Excellent communication and presentation skills in Dutch and English
