Buitelaar welcomes a new starter!

As Buitelaar continues to grow, we welcome another graduate to our team.

Having studied Marketing Management at the University of Chester, Emma has developed a passion for the marketing industry leading her into a role here with us!

It's hard to believe that I've already been a part of the Buitelaar team for six months. Time has flown by! From day one, the welcome I received was beyond heartwarming, and the support I've had is something I'm so grateful for.

My induction into the company was a real eye-opener. I had the privilege of visiting our development farm in Somerset, where I saw the 5-star facilities provided for the calves. It was not only a testament to the company's commitment to animal welfare but also a great learning experience for me. The knowledge I gained during this visit laid a strong foundation for my future work at Buitelaar. I also had the chance to shadow our Tech Team and calf buyers. This experience allowed me to explore different farming systems and learn how our contracts can be so beneficial for all different farm systems.

One of the highlights of my time at Buitelaar so far has been my journey to Ireland to assist in planning and setting up our stand at the National Ploughing Championships. Though the event was mired in mud, it was a fantastic experience. It not only tested my adaptability but also provided me with a deeper understanding of the company's values and dedication to the farming community. The National Ploughing Championships allowed me to connect with farmers and customers, furthering my knowledge about the industry and the role Buitelaar plays in it.

I've experienced a warm and inviting atmosphere right from the start, and my initial months at the company have been filled with a great deal of excitement. As I move forward into my role, I'm excited to continue learning and growing with this fantastic team. Buitelaar has provided me with a wealth of knowledge, hands-on experiences, and the opportunity to make a real impact in the marketing world.
