About the Role:

We are a fast-growing, multi-award-winning business delivering sustainable, higher welfare beef supply chain solutions. We’re looking for a Brand & Marketing Executive to support our UK and Irish Agricultural brands, Buitelaar Agriculture UK and Ireland — whilst also providing project support to the Head of Brand & Marketing on broader group-wide initiatives.

You'll be joining a growing team at a pivotal moment, with the opportunity to shape how we bring our brands to life. It's a hands-on role with real potential to grow and evolve as the business continues to expand.

This diverse and fast-paced role is ideal for someone with a flair for organisation, confidence to take ownership, and ambition to put their mark on a growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand & Marketing: Agriculture UK & Ireland

  • Support the day-to-day marketing activity for Buitelaar Agriculture UK & Ireland
  • Manage events, shows, sponsorships, and Buitelaar Agriculture Open Days
  • Maintain and update website content and branded materials
  • Ensure our agricultural marketing is correctly positioned and aligns with our commercial priorities.

Project Support:

  • Work closely with the Head of Brand & Marketing on strategic and cross-brand projects
  • Assist in implementing new internal processes and streamlining existing processes, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate project progress.
  • Assisting to produce visual and complex internal, marketing & sales documents, reports, and presentations, collecting and preparing information and composing and preparing correspondence.

General Support:

  • Assist with travel arrangements, meeting logistics and wider admin support
  • Merchandise stock and shows & events kit management
  • Provide ad hoc support to the wider marketing and commercial teams when required

We’re Looking For:

  • A 2:1 university degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience
  • A commercial mindset and a strong interest in agriculture and food
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Self-starter attitude with a willingness to pitch in wherever needed
  • Comfortable using MS Office and Canva; experience with Monday.com or CMS platforms (like WordPress) is a bonus
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Willingness & flexibility to travel occasionally is essential

Why Join Us:

  • An varied and rewarding marketing role within a fast-paced and ambitious business
  • Exposure to strategic projects & opportunities to contribute to wider business initiatives
  • The chance to grow your career in one of the UK's most forward-thinking agri-food businesses
