Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Manager to join our commercial team.
The Role
Reporting to our Senior Commercial Manager, you will have responsibility for a number of existing meat customers plus the development of a portfolio of new customers.
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with all stakeholders within your customer portfolio alongside identifying and converting new opportunities.
You’ll work collaboratively with the wider Buitelaar team to ensure customers expectations are always met.
The ideal candidate:
- Proven track record within a sales environment procuring customers and developing opportunities.
- Proven commercial acumen
- A strong understanding of the meat industry
- Negotiate terms and identify commercial opportunities
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Full driving license
- Willing to travel
- Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Informed, passionate and engaging about selling our range of products and services.
