TB-Restricted Solutions

With the ever-occurring incidences of TB and the obligation to ensure that no calf is euthanised, our solution-orientated values and commitment to supporting farmers has seen the development of a commercial package for TB restricted farms.

The package is designed to support farmers in complying with the new 2021 Red Tractor calf standards, which require farmers to have provisions and plans in place for TB breakdown. Milk contracts are also increasingly requiring farmers to have clear TB calf welfare and rearing continuity planning in place.

Our solution is based around supported contract rearing of TB restricted calves in purpose-built High Health Units (HHU), which are designed with TB breakdown in mind.
